‘I would like to nominate my pony Odin as Pony Club Pony of the Month; my name is Isabella, I’m 14 and we are from the Syston Branch.’
‘Odin is a 14.2hh New Forest pony and is 18 years young. Odin taught me how to ride in a riding school 5 years ago. He can be a cheeky chap, but we fell in love with his lovely temperament and were lucky enough to buy him.’
‘It’s been a journey, but when we joined Syston Branch, Odin blossomed and loved rallies with his new friends. We both particularly enjoyed our big Pony Club beach ride! We have also successfully competed in dressage, show jumping and showing, but our highlight of this year was Pony Club Summer Camp. It was our first camp together and we had the most fun filled few days with our friends!’
‘Odin is now enjoying a slower lifestyle, but looking back from when we first joined Syston to now…we have come so far and we couldn’t have done it without the support from our wonderful Branch.’
